Q - Are travel advisors worth using?

Q - How do I know my purchase is secure?
A- Your Supreme Destination Advisor protects you by never accepting cash or travel payments to PayPal or other personal accounts. Your payments always go directly to the travel supplier (hotel, cruise line, airline, etc.) or InteleTravel. However, A research deposit is required to begin preparing a customized vacation quote. This deposit covers the time and expertise involved in researching the best possible rates, options, and experiences tailored to your preferences. If you decide to book your trip through us, the deposit will be applied toward your final balance. It’s our way of ensuring dedicated, high-quality service while securing the best value for your vacation.
Q- What if I have to cancel my trip?
A - Unexpected changes are part of travel, which is why we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for every trip. It can cover cancellations and even reimburse miles or reward points. Ask your Supreme Destination Advisor about the best coverage for your needs.
Q - What travel insurance options do you offer?
A - InteleTravel partners with top insurance providers—including preferred partner Allianz Global Partners—to offer competitive travel insurance options. Coverage includes trip cancellations, baggage protection, travel delays, reimbursement of miles or reward points, and emergency evacuation or trip interruption. Policy details vary by destination, so ask your Advisor for coverage tailored to your trip.

Q - Can I book travel for a group?
A - Yes, you can—and we highly encourage it. Planning for a group can be overwhelming, but Supreme Destination Advisors make it easy. We're experts in coordinating group travel, from corporate retreats and family reunions to weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and more. Let them handle the details so your group can focus on enjoying the trip.
